Thank you for shopping with ADZZ LTD. We aim to ensure that every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and delivered safely to our customers.

As many of our products are glass or ceramic vases, we take additional care when packaging fragile items for transportation.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days.
International Orders: approximately 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

The final shipping cost may depend on the delivery destination, size or weight of the order, and available delivery service.

4. International Shipping

We may offer international delivery to selected countries and regions.

International customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Depending on the destination country, an international order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

5. Fragile Item Packaging

Our vases may be made from fragile materials such as glass or ceramic.

We take reasonable precautions to protect products during transportation, including the use of appropriate protective packaging.

When your parcel arrives, we recommend inspecting the product and packaging promptly.

6. Damaged or Broken Items

If your vase arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible at support@adzzltd.xyz.

Please provide:

Your order number.
A clear photograph of the damaged product.
Photographs of the outer and inner packaging where possible.

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@adzzltd.xyz.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

8. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

9. Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at support@adzzltd.xyz and provide your order number. We will assist you in investigating the delivery with the relevant carrier where appropriate.

10. Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel could not be accepted or collected, please contact us.

Additional delivery charges may apply if you request the order to be shipped again, except where the failed delivery resulted from an error for which we are responsible.
